Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with residents and guests, greet everyone at all times with a smile
  • Receive and process residents requests (i.e. maintenance requests)
  • Receive, log, and retrieve residents’ packages
  • Handle resident complaints and report them to the appropriate department
  • Work in conjunction with all departments to solve residents’ complaints and needs
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional manner
  • Must be punctual for all scheduled shifts

Qualifications

  • Prior concierge experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism with all residents, staff members, and guests of the property at all times
  • High School/GED preferred
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
